Account Registration

Subscription & Credits
Credit System
Watch Lister operates on a credit-based system. Each watch analysis consumes credits from your account balance. Credit packages and subscription plans are available for purchase.
Subscription Plans
Subscription plans provide monthly credit allocations. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month unless otherwise specified in your plan terms.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. We will provide notice of any price changes to existing subscribers.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree that:

- ▪Subscription fees will be charged automatically on a recurring basis
- ▪You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- ▪Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital service and the immediate consumption of AI processing resources:
- ▪Used credits are non-refundable once an analysis has been performed
- ▪Subscription refunds may be requested within 7 days of initial purchase if no credits have been used
- ▪Failed analyses due to technical errors on our end will be credited back to your account

Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Watch Lister to:
- ✕Upload fraudulent, counterfeit, or misleading images
- ✕Attempt to manipulate or deceive our AI systems
- ✕Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our algorithms
- ✕Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
- ✕Resell or redistribute our analysis results commercially without permission
- ✕Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
Our Property
The Watch Lister service, including its design, features, AI models, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
Analysis Results
You may use the analysis results and generated listing content for your personal or business purposes, including selling watches on third-party platforms.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Termination
